LEED® Charrette Facilitation Services

One of the key steps in the LEED® certification process is establishing proper sustainable goals for the project.  Select Green Build can facilitate a design charrette for the project team to discuss priorities and establish a shared vision, core objectives and environmental goals.

LEED® Project Management & Certification Services

The USGBC LEED® Green Building Rating System encourages the creation of high performance, and environmentally sound buildings.  Select Green Build consulting will direct clients through the entire process to achieve LEED® certification of their project in a way that is fiscally sound and effectively managed.

Green Construction Management Services

Construction projects impact the environment and building occupants, and the use of sustainable construction methods will significantly reduce, or can often eliminate these negative impacts.  An intelligent and knowledgeable understanding of sustainable construction practices is critical in attaining green building goals.  At Select Green Build we can offer the required knowledge and experience for a project to be a success.  We are flexible and can work as independent consulting to assist your staff, or on an individual project supervision contract.

Select Green Build understands the need for design and building professionals to have a basic knowledge of Green Building Rating systems, sustainable construction practices and environmental awareness.  We offer a basic introduction program to help introduce professionals to the emerging green building movement, so they can make informed decisions about pursuing the sustainable building marketplace.  This program is a must do for all building and design professionals with the desire to start competing in the green market sector.
